The SENIT list is for teachers, advisers, and others working within education to share practical advice about how ICT can be used to support pupils with learning difficulties or disabilities. There are currently about 400 members.

The list is managed on Becta's behalf by two members of the ICT and special needs community:
Ann McDevitt ( ann@mcdevitt.gotadsl.co.uk ) and Richard Walter ( richardwalter@ntlworld.com )

SENIT is an open discussion group. This means that anyone with an interest in this area is welcome to participate in the discussions. All discussions will be publicly available and when you post a message, your email address will be visible to registered users.

All messages sent to SENIT are stored in a publicly available archive. Archives are provided as an additional resource to users and enables non members to browse the messages. The archive also means that you do not have to save every message you receive from this discussion group.
