Advocacy, Entitlement and Expectations

Keynote address
Joe Lo Bianco
University of Melbourne 

The day will include perspectives on the education of pupils learning
English as an additional language from around the British Isles.  The
conference will explore the range of expectations and entitlements and
consider how, in a situation of funding uncertainty, practitioners can
help to ensure high expectations and full entitlement for EAL learners.
