[eal-bilingual] Bilingual dictionaries for GCSE

We would like to compile a list of best bilingual dictionaries for use in
GCSE exams, for schools to purchase.  This is difficult when don't know the
language!

If anyone wants to contribute suggestions, for any language, I will compile
a list & publish this on our website (www.irespect.net) for all to use.
