Article: [eal-bilingual] Bilingual dictionaries for GCSE

Hi
Can I put in a plea for people to give the ISBN for dictionaries which they are recommending. For librarians and bookshops this is the most useful piece of information.

Best wishes

The best dictionary for Afghan students is the English- Pashto and Dari dictionary by S Yarzi Available from Afghandost.com who are based in London. It's currently priced at £16. They have given us a very good service.

We would like to compile a list of best bilingual dictionaries for use in
GCSE exams, for schools to purchase. This is difficult when don't know the
language!

If anyone wants to contribute suggestions, for any language, I will compile
a list & publish this on our website (www.irespect.net) for all to use.

Thank you in advance!

Sheilagh
