This sounds like a school leadership issue.
Your Headteacher and leadership team need to engage with the LA and
Secondary Strategy team to look at the wide range of research on this.

In our school the two groups who are underachieving are white UK
heritage boys and back african (mainly boys)> Does anyone have any good
