[eal-bilingual] BBC Jam suspension

which was suspended last Tuesday, has a substantial EAL/bilingual

I hope all EMA managers write to the BBc trust to ask for the 
restoration of these materials which no commercial publisher is ever 
likely to produce. I intend to get NATE to complain and i hope NALDIC 
does too! Stuart
