Also just to let everyone know that we will shortly be publishing a second course - a ten-day induction and orientation course for newly arrived learners of EAL. This course will also be promoted through our website but I will send an email round on eal-bilingual once it is out - estimated around
the start of October.

Hi, I am currently looking at setting up an alternative curriculum provision for KS4 new arrivals and would be very interested in hearing what other authorities are doing to meet the needs of this student group. I am aware of and very interested in the Kensington and Chelsea borough GCSE EAL option
