[eal-bilingual] Job descriptions

Hi Peter and Sukhwant
We are based in Edinburgh so I don't know what SEMAS is. Can you explain? Also I'd appreciate a copy of the job descriptions you mention as we are likely to have a few jobs coming up in the next couple of months, including promoted posts, so also useful to compare and make sure we are asking for the right thing to attract applicants from outwith Scotland.
