Vacancy - Secondary consultant for Cambridge Education at Islington, EMAS (0.8) Cambridge Education at Islington, EMAS is seeking a candidate with particular expertise in EAL and Maths in secondary schools. The specific focus of the post is to raise the number of 5 A*-C grades at GCSE, including, English and Maths, in Islington schools. The successful candidate would be expected to work as part of this large and innovative team, to take an active part in the team’s work in secondary schools and in delivering training across the borough and nationally. Vacancies - Job Vacancies In Saudi Arabia A new 18+ college opens in September and Alan Scarisbrick who is currently working in Riyadh teaching, advising and consulting is looking for 16 new staff to help run the foundation programme. The first year will see 1200 students enrolling, 50% split between boys and girls; so it will be 8 of either sex for the teachers. If anyone is interested, they can email alan.scarisbrick at ntlworld.com. Alan is in Riyadh however one of his colleagues is on his way to the UK and would be happy to call and discuss the offer in detail to anyone who is interested.
