Article: [eal-bilingual] suitable texts for new literacy framework

My current favourite is 'Tales Told in Tents - Stories from Central Asia'
by Sally Pomme Clayton, illustrated by Sophie Herxheimer. It would fit
with Y4 or Y5 narrative, stories from other cultures. I originally found
it in some information from the QCA and CLPE Reading Differences project.
It would be great to compile a list as you suggest, and circulate it for
Literacy colleagues, as well as EMA colleagues.
