Article: [eal-bilingual] Partnership Teaching

My name is Anwar Khan and I am a Language Development teacher at Plumstead Manor School in Greenwich.

I have been and am currently involved in partnership teaching at varying levels.

I have also recently completed research on partnership teaching and the use of teaching strategies common to both EAL and AFL.

Feel free to contact me if you require any further information.

Kind regards
Anwar

We're trying to evolve a partnership teaching model in Islington that builds
on everything we've learnt about coaching in the last 20 years. In other
words we want to ensure that partnership teaching builds capacity in a
school.

Since I was involved in the development and dissemination of
Partnership Teaching Project in 1989-90, I am interested in how this
concept has embedded itself and maybe transmogrified itself as it has
moved from Partnership Teaching to partnership teaching. If you are
currently involved in and pleased with your partnership teaching work I
would be very pleased to hear from you so that I can begin to build up
some case studies and begin to write and little history.

Best wishes,

Stuart
