[eal-bilingual] Gifted and Talented policy for a secondary EAL dept?

 Have you seen Sue Henderson and Jane Robinson's little leaflet on EAL
and Gifted and talented pupils.

I would prefer to adjust someone else's wheel than invent my own ..
