[eal-bilingual] Monitoring attainment by ethnicity

Dear all
We've recently started to support schools with this. My principal teacher who does this kind of work would really like some support to take us on to the next stage. Can anyone suggest an authority where this is well developed or the name of an individual who really knows their stuff in this area?

Also can anyone point us in the direction of guidance for schools using MIDYIS to predict success in exams with bilingual pupils.
