Article: [eal-bilingual] Secondary Strategy MEAP

This Folder and DVD was given out to schools involved in the MEAP project [in about 12 LAs working with Somali, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Turkish students] I did have a copy, but cannot locate it at the moment.
From what I remember there were some good ideas and templates for planning etc, but there is nothing better than the original partnership teaching pack [circa 1989] which is still worth a look if you can track it down. I guard my copy carefully and still use bits of it with NQTs and BTs including the famous 'Life Cycle of a Salmon' lesson. which transformed practice for so many of us in London in the late 80s/early 90s [thanks to Steve Cooke!]

  Hi All

Does anyone know here I can locate a copy of the DVD which accompanies
"Minority ethnic achievement: partnership teaching through coaching"?

This came out in 2005 and is now reported out of print on Teachernet.

Any help much appreciated
