[oats-sig] Firefox search

Anyone techy with 10mins and an itch to scratch?

Firefox have changed the syntax for their search plugins a bit.  They also
let the browser auto-detect them (cool)...  

Be nice if someone could update the OATS one to search the OATS repository?!

Here is an example search URL...
