[oats-sig] webserver

Hi all, the webserver has now been replaced and is online.... don't  
go ballistic on it, as later today we hope to move the machine to a  
rack so our office is quieter again. Let me know of any problems.

One thing that will have changed apart from performance, is the lack  
of other subdomains... currently trac.oatsoft.org etc are offline,  
i'd prefer not to have to run these as it means extra configuration  
work. Tracs can instead be accessed by www.oatsoft.org/trac/ 
<projectname>  Simon, there are a few url references to trac  
subdomains in the few projects that use them, could you replace the  
urls for me ?
