[oats-sig] Ubuntu

I have a meeting arranged with a friend at Galloways society for the 
blind where we are looking at Open Source software for setting up a web 
radio (Talking Newspaper and Local audio magazine). He uses Lunar at the 
moment, but we will need to use an Ubuntu system for some of the 
testing, so it will be interesting to see if I can come up with anything 
to rival Lunar. I'll let you know how I get on. At the moment I have 
installed ORCA but although I get some speech, it doesn't appear to be 
doing a great lot. I need to have a look at the instructions next to see 
if I'm missing something obvious.
