[oats-sig] dewey going to shut down for 30mins / so

change of plans... it will be some time tomorrow morning.

sorry all for the short notice, but no time seems like a good one...

basically i'm trying to ghost the current webserver to another box,  
which will then run as dewey for a week or so, whilst i convert the  
current server to linux (ubuntu)

hence you'll find the server down just now, and probably for the next  
hour or two, sorry for any inconvience.
