Right, i've simplified the process of sharing docs a bit...

Right, discussion is enabled. You have to do it by content type, so if you
find a page that hasn't got it where you want it, let me know.

OK - currently our workflow allows for reviewing of content before it is
'approved' by pending we are saying that the content has not been approved
and could therefore be against policy (i.e. dodgy, infriging copyright
etc)...  In a sense it is just 'out there' since it is publicly viewable as
soon as it is submitted.

I think this is an OK compromise?  The other thing we agreed at the last
group meeting was that to aid the wiki style of things we'd enable comments
throughout the entire site, which i'll just do now...

Whadyathink? Any other thoughts/ opinions?

1) Why not allow groups as well as individuals to make more workable. Have a
group everyone.
2) If is the distinction between pending and public really useful? Why not
just have 'out there' ?
