[oats-sig] oatsoft server down?

About the SAW Trac then:

I must correct the ACE SAW page pointer to Trac asap.  Must check in the 
help files as well, though I don't think I linked there from help.

I will run through all the tickets and check which ones are still current 
and look at al their statuses as well.
