I've just been looking at that latest Launchpad features and it looks
like a good candidate for forge side infrastructure. It is strong on
community and has several features that particularly suit OATSoft
position as a 'downstream' project to all the other OATS projects.

Although it hooks into bazaar VC 9 (not a bad thing) it has links to CVS and SVN

Would still need a wiki though.
