[oats-sig] icutalk

Hi, several of you know of ICUTalk, for those who don't please see a section
on my old website [1]

The system i developed was originally written around 6/7 years ago, and a
couple of years ago i did some much needed refactoring. The group involved
in it have agreed to opensource the system, but i'm reluctant to release it
as is - namely because i want to rewrite it in .net/c# (originally done in
java) - why well the code is still a bit of a mess, the speech engine
libraries aren't great (i'm using a bridge to the msspeech anyway), its only
ever ran on a tablet pc and java can't exploit some of its features, and now
i develop in c# not java.

As i've been on about doing this for ages and not really getting anywhere,
i'm putting out a call for help... so is there anyone interested in helping
out ???
