[oats-sig] Multiple project entries for Hawking toolbar

That's just because you are logged on and have permission to see them.

The item dspeech I added this morning does not show on the lists if I am 
not logged in and others ask me to log in to view.

Also the screen shots I uploaded are nor there - but the Logo on DSPEECH is 
there?
