[oats-sig] Multiple project entries for Hawking toolbar

That's just because you are logged on and have permission to see them.

Hmmm, weird, something dodgy with the workflow, I'll get it fixed.

Tricky at the moment though, since our internet has just been 'blown down'
(I assume!)... Along with lorries on the M1 causing me to have only recently
got into work!

The item dspeech I added this morning does not show on the lists if I am not
logged in and others ask me to log in to view.

Also the screen shots I uploaded are nor there - but the Logo on DSPEECH is
