[oats-sig] Linspire CNR to go multi Linux

OK so this one will get debated forever on the forums as they are
including non-FLOSS but that might mean it is popular with desktop
Linux users and has a tangible impact on Linux's uptake.

But my reasons for posting it here are:

1) it's functionality overlaps with that needed for OATSoft.org
2) We may want to ensure they include Linux OATS.
