The article can be found here: <http://www.alpha.cdeacf.ca/les_actualites/lire.php?article=2341> Basically, they say that OATs is a unifying project aiming to create a centralised directory and development pole for open source assistive technologies and that the directory lists 140 products searchable by need, type of software or by title. They also mention that the web site is in English and Swedish and that it has been conceived to encourage translations in other languages (which reminds me that I have not been able to find time to do some French translation yet - sorry). Finally, they give a few links to the site.
