[oats-sig] SImple music player for Linux

I just spotted Decibel which looks like a clean little GTK app using
standard widgets and written in python.

I haven't checked but the automatic accessibility for stock widgets
that is supplied by GAIL should provide the basics for player that
usable from ATs through AT-SPI.

Mind you, sound juicer has good key accessibility for CD playing
