[oats-sig] Code-A-Thon Underway!

We did get head tracking working during the weekend--right now, it 
requires a dot to be placed on the forehead.

The decision was made to give the developers one last chance to 
comment/clean up/document their work before we open the flood gates. 
You will all be the first to know when we start opening up the source to 
the projects from the weekend!

P.S. The word prediction team did a great job on their core engine, and 
ended up placing first overall in the coding challenge.  More details to 
come...
