Becta have noticed we don't use a couple of mail lists setup originally...
Oats & oats-tech... Anyone mind if they remove them, we see to use oats-sig
fine.

18 months)

Could you confirm if these two lists are still required?

(We'd still host the busier mg/sig lists.)
