The latest Gnome 2.20 desktop for Linux has several improvements and
accessibility gets a couple of specific mentions in the "what's new"
page (options panel, Orca, Accerciser).

Gnome 2.20 will be included in the forthcoming Ubuntu 7.10 which is
currently available as a release candidate.
