For example see the first line in the VPAT: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/vpat.html or http://www.mozilla.org/access/features Admittedly both these pages are a little out of date as they mention FF 1.5. So my guess is that Conkerer mostly gives EMACs style keyboard access for EMACS diehards. Perhaps there is some synergy with Emacspeak?
