[oats-sig] SVG Open 2007: Pictograms with Natural Language Based and Semantic Information

I've been using Inkscape for a while, but Xara Xtreme is quite a bit more
powerful at the moment. I haven't actually made sure that it can save in
SVG, but it might be worth checking out.
