SVG authoring is definitely a head bender....

I'll have a nosy at chalk etc as i'm keen to get working on this side of
things. As i said earlier i'm involved in the bliss now and we're trying to
get them to go do a easily accessible freely available download set of
symbols. I'm using the bliss to do ccf stuff [3] and i've wrote a simple app
that batch converts all the bliss png into svg - this does not just embed
the image as would happen if you use adobe, the only problem with it at them
moment is the results are slightly more artistic than bci would approve
of... i'll try to digg out some examples. I use an oss library [1] to do the
work. Widget are also doing a similar exercise for bliss (they've used
source from [2]) we're trying to see the results and confrim what is going
to happen with the results interms of open source.
