[oats-sig] SVG Open 2007: Pictograms with Natural Language Based and Semantic Information

I hope you realise that the limitations of these tools.

the code produced is pretty ugly and styling is likely to be very  
limited.

Original code will be far more compact and considerably easier to  
repurpose.

Not yet but I found quite a few links to it when googling for wmf ->
svg conversion tools. It's freeware.
