Unsure about accessibility features but I would recommend MediaWiki with FCKeditor plugin for wysiwyg editing. We've used Twiki as a proof of concept a few years ago in the company I work for. When it came to actual deployment we went with MediaWiki as it was the only one we managed to integrate with Active Directory - it also had a better reputation in terms of scalability and bug-fixes release cycle (wikipedia using it and all ..) One thing MediaWiki really lacks out of the box is wysiwyg editing. There is a commercial product based MediaWiki from www.socialtext.com which does it and more. FCKeditor MediaWiki plugin appears to be working reasonably well (haven't used it before) http://mediawiki.fckeditor.net/index.php/FCKeditor_integration_guide http://mediawiki.fckeditor.net/index.php/Main_Page Then there is also wikiwig.sourceforge.net - but I don't think it's based on mediawiki r.
