[oats-sig] Making firefox accessibility add-ons

The Firefox add-on Greasemonkey allows you to create scripts that
alter the behaviour of webs sites as they are visited and so has many
potential accessibility uses.

This nifty little compiler converts a script into a firefox add-on so
it is really easy to deploy and install. PHP source is provided
