The Linux GNOME 'what's next for accessibility' process is continuing and the following page now has a section 'Areas Needing the Most Attention'. The list includes docs, bug fixing, testing, a more accessible file reader, speech, magnification and Alt Input (including improved OSK, headmice and PnP device support). Please feel free to add any detail you can and otherwise get involved. To Quote Will Walker: ' The contents of this section are based upon your feedback and will likely be the stuff that gets the most attention. Please review this list -- this really is your time to help influence the direction of GNOME a11y work, so please take this review seriously.' http://live.gnome.org/Accessibility/GetInvolved Steve On 24/01/2008, Steve Lee <steve at fullmeasure.co.uk> wrote: > Friday 25th is the deadline for having your say of what you want to > happen in the next phase of Linux GNOME accessibility and assistive > technology. > > As this is Open Source your contributions are always valued and most > welcome.
