If with "toolbar" you mean the click panel then it is like this: To Open the Click panel the green dot (In the point mapper) has to reach the orange point then the panel will show up. When the panel is active (being shown) then the controls are like this: Movements: Right/Left: Select the type of the click Up: Accept the click and perform it Down: Cancel the click and hide the panel without executing any action. To accept the commands the point needs to get out the safe area ( The center square in the point mapper ) and each command/gesture when showing the click panel has a secure timeout of 2 seconds, so each 2 seconds a command will be accepted, again just when showing the click panel.
