[oats-sig] New project idea!

I put a reply on the oats site re eye gaze systems that do the same thing

Hi Simon,

Great idea!  This is definitely the type of project we'd like to work 
on--simple, powerful, and very feasible to do :)

I'll be sure to get this into the queue and unless anyone else takes a 
shot at it first, I am sure we will have some people working on this 
project by this fall.
