[oats-sig] Mulberry by-sa RDF licence

Steve,

Please find attached an rdf by-sa licence that needs attribution  
content.

I'm concerned that this information is not in the SVG files currently  
available.

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/
requires attribution in the manner specified by the author....

Please can you provide something you consider suitable asap?
