[oats-sig] Mulberry by-sa RDF licence

Steve,

Thanks Jonathan, we do wish to add metadata, not just for
machine/search readability but also as we want to carry the licence
with the media so it does not get lost and all users are aware of the
details. We want to do this with all provided media formats, including
binary like PNG and JPEG which AFAIK do not support metadata. (see
tracker http://straight-street.com/tracker/view.php?id=28)

The CC sight doesn't seem to mention binary formats at all apart from
marking the website where they are published (or adding text to a
printed document).

We will also probably use the UK:England and Wales Jurisdiction
licences, but it is not at all clear on the CC site what this adds or
indeed my there is not just one CC licence?

Does any one have any advice on these issues?
