[senco-forum] Training for all teachers

My understanding was that Shiela's comment on the SEN CoP did not  suggest 
that teachers learn everything that is in the CoP (or to know  all the laws and 
regs off by heart) but to know they exist. I use the CoP as a  reference and 
always check this and the law when asked for advice -- even after  12 or so 
years of being an SEN advisor. How and when to refer to the CoP  and the law, 
etc. (or who to refer to in these respects) may be a clearer  brief for all 
teachers.
