Yes, Philippa. I've read it from cover to cover and I've made some changes to my own diet as a result. It was great to read in one place, clearly expressed, a summary of what is known and a clear differentiation between what is backed up by double-blind controlled trials and what is only anecdotal. It made a great deal of sense to me, and I will recommend it to parents whenever I get the opportunity. I also heard that three major supermarkets have now banned trans fats - have you heard that?
