Whether on holiday or back at work I think unpleasant exchanges can only do the forum harm. It seems entirely unnecessary. Such exchanges make me wary of putting forward my own views on a topic, in case I am shot down in flames. Surely one of the uses of the forum is for isolated SENCos to try out ideas and receive CONSTRUCTIVE criticism or praise.. having recently shared my provision evaluation form with the forum I feel really encouraged by the POSITIVE comments I have received, making it much easier to approach the start of term with enthusiasm.. Did you Scots finish term before us in the South, or do you just have to work harder?! Kate B |
