Here’s something that’s been exercising me lately – what do others think please: Do all children with weak auditory working memory have auditory PROCESSING difficulties? Conversely, do all children with auditory processing difficulties have weak ASM? I have deliberately used the term auditory processing DIFFICULTIES because I do not know if APD is something specific within that general area or not. The reason I ask is that I would like to know if, faced with a child with weak ASM (which is measurable, very easily) will it ALWAYS be advantageous to work on auditory processing activities? I’m very interested to know what others think please? Best wishes, Mary -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
