That is definitely the young man I was thinking of. So polite as well and full of useful information each month. It was because of him I send evidence to the Education & skill committee recently and checked out the Becta site for how to help make new policy on SEN access to ICT. This is nearly as bad as telling a young child there is no Santa! I am beginning to worry that we have not heard from him as yet.
