Er... forgive my ignorance but why can't you all use SENCo
forum to discuss these issues?

Anyone not interested in discussing them simply won't join
in.

You could even put the word 'Illiteracy' in brackets at the
beginning of the subject line. That way people could set up
their mail programmes to delete these or only keep these and
no other forum posts.
