[senco-forum] Sims.net -0 adding a new IEP

Dear all,
I am trying to get to grips with sims.net an am struggling to work out why I can't add a new IEP to a child's SEN record. The option to do this is greyed out on every child's record. I've made sure the path to IEP writer is in the SEN Setups path. I'm thinking that I should have something else specified before it allows me to add an IEP to the record. I've got a call out to our local IT support, but thought there must be someone on the forum who has had this difficulty before. 

On another note, I plan to be able to learn how to use all the features on sims.net and then hand over all admin tasks to my admin assistant! I'm lucky enough to have been given a couple of days support, and I want to reduce my admin tasks to a minimum! (who am I kidding!)
