[senco-forum] Catch up for High schools

I can see where you are coming from especially as training was  provided
free. However - from what I have seen it wouldn't be a suitable scheme for
all the pupils who require individual tuition.
The expense of one to one is always worth it, in my opinion, if the pupil
succeeds on the scheme they are following where everything else has failed!
