[senco-forum] whole school synthetic phonics

Has anyone introduced a whole school synthetic phonics scheme and if so, 
which one? Has it been successful, and have you managed to bring all staff 
on board at the same time?  We are loooking at doing this and I want to make 
sure that we get it right!

I am Phono-Graphix trained, and am aware of Sounds~Write and RML, but would 
be interested to hear anyone's experiences.
